BACKGROUND


Prior to 2020, A telecommunications company had existed but with little profit being made. This company needed advise on how to scale up profit and increase their visibility/ reach.

ACTION POINT


Our advisory team swung into action, We took a careful look into their past records to understand the business and the business model being used. One of the major action points was to send out a questionnaire to existing clients to know how their experiences so far had been and to state grievances (if any) or areas of improvement. These surveys came with various responses, this helped them understand their strengths and weaknesses as a company and we began mapping out areas that needed more attention in order to serve the current clientele better.

We took an internal survey among the staff to ascertain the challenges each department faces and how best to handle them.

The company was looking to raise about $1Million and we helped them achieve this.

The funds raised helped to Scale up services, enhance staff welfare/ strength, update technology and machinery services this in turn helped them increase output, reach a wider market and maximise profit.
